  LSCC founder Dominic S.F. Lee, P.E., is a native of Hong Kong and the candidate for Anchorage mayor. He came to the U.S. in 1962 and studied electrical engineering, receiving his B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Mo. in 1968. There he went on to receive his M.S. Electrical Engineering and M.S. Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering degrees from the same university. He also studied Environmental and Civil Engineering at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, AK for three years.

He is currently licensed as mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental engineer in the State of Missouri and licensed as a mechanical and electrical engineer in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Texas.

Since he graduated in 1968, he has been working full-time for different engineering firms while going to graduate school. He started LSCC on May 1, 1980 after working twelve years for other firms.

 
 
He has a total of 35 years of professional experience. He is past and current member of twelve different professional societies and organizations. He received both the Congressional Distinguished Medal and Gold Medal Award from the U.S. Congress, and he has been listed in Who’s Who in America since 1986.

LSCC is a qualified MBE firm (Minority Business Enterprise) certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
